Understanding the Gifted Eligibility Process

~ For 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade Parents ~

We know the process for determining gifted eligibility can be a bit overwhelming.  To help our parents better understand the process, our Target teachers are hosting an informational session to walk parents through the testing process and eligibility criteria.

This will be a general meeting open to all interested parents of first, third, and fifth grade students.  Please note that questions about individual students will not be addressed during the meeting.  In addition, kindergarten gifted testing and eligibility will not be discussed, as a separate session specifically for parents of kindergarteners will be held in the spring.

For more information about gifted eligibility, please click here to visit the visit our Eligibility and Testing page.

The presentation and slideshow will be posted on the Target website after the meeting for those who are unable to attend the live presenation.

We hope to see you then!
