Meet Mrs. Hunter

My name is Mrs. Maggie Hunter and I’m so excited to be teaching Target at Mount Bethel Elementary School. This is my  eighteenth year of teaching, including seven years of teaching gifted students. My classes are full of engaged/motivated students who are encouraged to be creative and take risks. Our units will include hands on learning, research, creative thinking, and much more! I can't wait to start this new school year with you.

Growing Up/Family

I was born and raised in Maryland, near Washington D.C. My family still resides in Maryland and I love returning for visits. My husband Anthony and I have been married for six years. He's from a small town in Mississippi. We moved to Georgia several years ago and love the “Southern Hospitality.”
